Our acorn-fed shoulders 100% Iberian are high-quality pieces without bones for an easier consumption and storage. They are taken from the front legs of a pork raised during mast-feeding season in large cork oak and holm oak pastures. These fine shoulders are made of sublime meat and show light marbling after having been cured for at least 22 months, when their optimal point is reached. A real pleasure!
