General Terms and Conditions

The object of the present General Terms and Conditions is to regulate the access, browsing and use of https://ibericosyebra.vip/(hereinafter, the "Website"), whose owner is ROYEME SPANISH DELI S.L. (hereinafter, the "Company") with VAT No. B-37461860.

1. Conditions for access

«The aim of this Website is to provide information and commercialise gastronomy products. The use of the Website attributes the status of User, and implies full acceptance by the User of all the Conditions of Use of the Website in force when they access it. Consequently, if the User does not agree with any of the conditions laid down herein, they should not use this Website. ROYEME SPANISH DELI S.L. reserves the right to effect as many modifications as it deems necessary, and may modify, delete and include unilaterally and without prior notice new content and/or services, as well as the form in which these appear on the Website and where they are presented and located.»

The User acknowledges and accepts that access and use of the Website and the services and contents included therein is undertaken freely and consciously under their sole responsibility. Likewise, the User undertakes to abstain from using the Website:

-To carry out activities contrary to law, ethics, generally accepted good conduct or established public order, but instead make a legitimate use of the Website in accordance with General Terms and Conditions.

-To manipulate or change any content of the Website without the express written consent of the Company. Any alteration, modification or manipulation of the Website without the consent of the Company, relieves it from responsibility.

-To reproduce, copy, distribute, publicly communicate, transform or modify the contents, except as permitted by the Company or by whoever holds the ownership rights of exploitation.

-To introduce or spread in the Website data programs (viruses and harmful software) which might cause damage to the Website.

«ROYEME SPANISH DELI S.L. does not guarantee the availability and continuity of the operation of the Website and is not responsible for any damages caused or likely to occur in the future, or technical defects of whatever nature arising from the use of information and the material contained in the Website.»

2. Use of cookies

With the aim of providing a better service, the Website can store small files on Users' computers called 'cookies' to the proper functioning of some of the services offered. 

3. Responsibility

Users shall be liable for the damages of any nature that ROYEME SPANISH DELI S.L. might suffer as a consequence of breach of any of the obligations to which they are subject pursuant to these General Terms and Conditions.

4. Intellectual and Industrial Property

«The User acknowledges that all elements of the Website; the information and materials contained in the same; the structure, selection, ordering and presentation of the content thereof; and the computer programs used in relation to the same are protected by the intellectual and industrial property rights of the Company itself or of third parties.»

Unless the user is authorised by ROYEME SPANISH DELI S.L. or, if applicable, by the third parties who may own the corresponding rights or at least may be legally permitted, the User may not reproduce, transform, modify, disassemble, do reverse engineering on, distribute, lease, provide, make available to or allow public access to, through any public communication mode, any of the elements referred to in the preceding paragraph.  

All trademarks, trade names or logos of any type which appear on the Website are the property of ROYEME SPANISH DELI S.L. and/or third parties. It is prohibited to use them, permanently download them, copy them or distribute them by any means without written permission.

If any of the Users or third party considers that any of the Website contents have been inserted upon the website with violation of their Intellectual or Industrial Property Rights, they should send a notification to ROYEME SPANISH DELI S.L. where they indicate their name and the reason of title which authenticate them as the author(s) to proceed to its immediate withdrawal from the Website.

5. Data protection

In accordance with the established Organic Law 15/1999 for Personal Information Protection, ROYEME SPANISH DELI S.L. informs you that the data you provide will be added to an automated file  for the purpose of managing the services offered  by the Website to registered Users and processing purchase orders including the sending of commercial communications about our product offers through several means, including electronic. If you do not want to receive any more commercial and advertising communications please check the checkbox available in the form. If you make a purchase without being registered, personal data will be used exclusively to process the purchase. In both cases, personal data are marked as compulsory (*) for the User registration.

If you use the contact form, we inform you that your personal data will be treated in an computerised way to answer your request.

6.1. Purchasing process

Once the first online purchase is made, you can become a registered User using the form provided for that purpose. Most times you only have to identify as registered User to complete the purchase. The processing of the personal data provided to us shall be established in accordance with Article 5 of the General Terms and Conditions by committing the User to facilitate truthful and complete information. Data may be modified by the registered User at any time through "My Account".

In order to process the purchase, the User must add their desired products to the shopping cart clicking on "Checkout" to complete the order. Then, the User must write down the shipping address, method of payment and despatch. 

ROYEME SPANISH DELI S.L. reserves the right to modify the commercial offer presented in the Website (modifications on products, prices, promotions and other commercial terms and services) at any time.

ROYEME SPANISH DELI S.L. will make every effort within its means to provide the information contained on the Website as truthfully and without typos. In the case that in some moment was producing to itself some mistake of this type we would proceed to correct it immediately. If there is a typographical error in one of the displayed prices and a customer had made a purchase decision based on that error, ROYEME SPANISH DELI S.L. will advise the client of the error and the customer is entitled to rescind their order at no cost on his part or adhere to the new terms and conditions. The images are merely for illustration, there may be slight variations in their real appearance.

6.2. Prices and methods of payment

Prices of products offered on the Website include the Value Added Tax (VAT).

The products acquired should be credited by international bank transfer or using PayPal in order to ensure a secure data transmission.

6.3. Shipping method and cost

ROYEME SPANISH DELI S.L sends orders to its customers via various urgent delivery companies of recognised national and international prestige. The date of delivery at the customer's address is subject to the stock of the product and the shipping area. In general, and unless ROYEME SPANISH DELI S.L stated otherwise, the delivery time is 3-4 days for Spain (Peninsula).

The shipping method varies according to the weight of the order and the distance to the destination country.

6.4. Withdrawal right

Pursuant to the terms of Act 7/1996 on Retail Commerce, the customer shall have a period of seven working days after the date of receipt of the order to freely withdraw from the sale and purchase agreement without giving any reason. It is a prerequisite for the design of the packaging to be in perfect condition, not have been manipulated, do not present faults and damage produced by external events or other circumstances that result in the repercussion of the product, specially in the opening of the packaging. The returned order must be sent together with the delivery note and, if applicable, the invoice issued to ROYEME SPANISH DELI S.L.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer shall contact ROYEME SPANISH DELI S.L. by email: info@ibericosyebra.vip. In the case of a refund, ROYEME SPANISH DELI S.L. will inform the customer about the procedure and once checked the product has not suffered damage and meets the conditions described in the previous paragraph, the amount paid for the product would be returned by the same means the payment was made. In any case the cost of return will be on the customer's account in accordance to the Article 7/1996. 

7. Confidentiality

Any information both parties receive or give to the other or to which any of them have access, will be considered confidential and must not be disclosed, displayed, reproduced, copied, discussed with third parties or used by any of them for purposes other than those for purposes which are outside their communication. 

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These General Conditions will be subject to the provisions in said conditions and by Spanish legislation. For any questions which may arise between the parties arising in relation to the interpretation and implementation both parties agree hereby expressly waiving any other venue to which they might be entitled to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals in Salamanca.
