Description

Our cured acorn-fed pork loin 50-75% Iberian is made with the best Iberian pork cuts. These porks raise freely and are fed on acorns. The result is a lean meat with a marble-like pattern due to its infiltrated fat characteristic of the Iberian breed. For its elaboration, we use 100% natural marinade and high-quality spices for the pieces to macerate and acquire the characteristic flavour of cured acorn-fed pork loins.

CONSERVATION

For the whole pieces to be preserved, they must remain in a dry place at room temperature around 20-25ºC. Refrigerate after opening and consume within 3 months.

ELABORATION

In order to enjoy the most of our Iberian products and appreciate their organoleptic properties, you must serve them 30 min before consumption so that leaving they at room temperature. Slice finely, serve and enjoy.

CONSUMPTION

The best-before date of Ibéricos Yebra cold meats is within the first year of commercialisation, whether whole/half pieces, cured pork loins, thin dried chorizos or sliced meats.
