Description

Every piece of Iberian acorn-fed chorizo in thick casing is made traditionally with the best selection of Iberian acorn-fed pork meats. They are all stuffed in natural hog-casings, matured and cured in our natural drying sheds in Guijuelo. The artisan masters make each piece a real delicacy to enjoy them with all the senses.

CONSERVATION

For the whole pieces to be preserved, they must remain in a dry place at room temperature around 20-25ºC. Refrigerate after opening and consume within 3 months.

ELABORATION

In order to enjoy the most of our Iberian products and appreciate their organoleptic properties, you must serve them 30 min before consumption so that leaving they at room temperature. Slice finely, serve and enjoy.

CONSUMPTION

The best-before date of Ibéricos Yebra cold meats is within the first year of commercialisation, whether whole/half pieces, cured pork loins, thin dried chorizos or sliced meats.
