Description

These cereal-fed shoulders come from 50% Iberian porks (cross-bred porks) raised in semi-extensive spaces (semi-freedom). These brilliant pieces are cured for at least 22 months in natural drying cellars. They mature slowly until their optimal point when they become so fibrous that they are able to delight the palate with their Iberian flavour. Buy high-quality cereal-fed shoulder!
