Our acorn-fed shoulders 100% Iberian are handmade elaborated and cured by our ham masters in natural drying sheds for 30 months. A superior healthy product coming from Iberian porks raised freely and fed on acorns while mast-feeding season. A certified Iberian piece! Its long-lasting aroma and powerful flavour are guarantee of its high quality. You will appreciate the bright marbling because of its fat infiltration characteristic of Iberian pieces!
